Merge branch 'main' into glitch-soc/merge-upstream

Conflicts:
- `app/javascript/styles/mastodon/modal.scss`:
  For some reason we changed the file loading path in glitch-soc,
  but now upstream has completely changed how the logo is loaded.
  Applied upstream changes.
