Merge branch 'master' into glitch-soc/merge-upstream

Conflicts:
- `app/controllers/activitypub/collections_controller.rb`:
Conflict caused because we have additional code to make sure pinned
local-only toots don't get rendered on the ActivityPub endpoints.
  Ported upstream changes.
