Some friendly instances are still running older versions of mastodon/pleroma, so they can't fetch posts. They can be put into a whitelist which can be managed at /paws. I'm not sure if this'll work, but PAWS can sign the fetch if the instance requires signed fetches to allow it to fully federate without having to update.

The main portion has been implemented and now a webui is needed to be able to manage the whitelist
