• Calling FormSubmissionRequest.list_text_fields crashes the browser with no error
• The "Toggle Loop" and "Toggle Controls" context items don't change the visual state
• Tabs take a few seconds to open on some PCs
• Video portion of youtube videos stop while audio keeps going. Requires a page refresh to "fix"
